Austin, Colin, Simon and I (Lance) took a short trip down to our friend's property in Southeastern Washington to spend the day hiking and playing around. Their property, which is part of their huge wheat field farm, is on the Palouse river a mile or so out of Garfield, WA. The drive was about 1 hour and 20 minutes and winds through the rolling wheat fields and small farm towns - it was a beautiful drive this time of year. We stayed there for 4 hours hiking around and exploring the river. It was a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
