Here is my little sous chef....baking his first "Kings cake" for 3 Kings Day.
And here he is, making his very first batch of veggie spring rolls. He filled the wrappers with shredded carrots, cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts & cilantro that had previously been stir-fried.
They turned out perfect, and even Colin's picky little brother, Simon enjoyed them!!!
